Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled RN specializing in Emergency Room/Emergency Department nursing to join a dynamic team in Asheville, NC. This is a travel role offering new challenges and opportunities to grow within a high-volume emergency care environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide high-quality care in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center
• Manage patient ratios of 4:1 for medical and up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds
• Work collaboratively with techs, unit clerks, and other staff
• Ensure patient experience requirements such as AIDET and respectful behavior are met
• Update patient boards with relevant information
• Be flexible to work in all areas of the ED

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications
• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center with at least 1-year experience in an ER setting
• Teamwork mentality and ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
