What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home therapy
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home treatment processes
• Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during patient training sessions
• Collaborate with clinic teams for continuity of care
• Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
• Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 trainings per day

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license in Texas
• Recent dialysis experience with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules

Preferred:

• Home health or chronic care experience
