Marketing Coordinator

What You’ll Do As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales through digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with operations and sales to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging. Create and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, including post copy, visuals, and scheduling to grow engagement and followers. Support email marketing and nurture campaigns, maintaining contact lists and tracking performance. Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO improvements to boost organic visibility for our products and services. Help develop sales collateral, case studies, and product sheets that communicate value to clients in the oilfield services industry. Coordinate digital ad campaigns and monitor metrics to optimize spend and improve ROI. Track marketing KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to the team to inform future activities. Collaborate on trade show and event logistics, branding, and promotional materials when applicable. Who We Are Looking For A curious communicator with a practical mindset and an eye for detail. You understand how social media platforms work and enjoy crafting content that connects with professional audiences. Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot or Apollo.io is a plus but not required — we value enthusiasm and the ability to learn quickly. Comfortable managing company social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor tone for technical and business audiences. Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting; comfortable using data to guide decisions. Organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects with a collaborative mindset. Interest in or willingness to learn about oilfield services and B2B marketing strategies.
