Test Technician

Job Description Test Technician Location: Everett, WA Pay: $35 - 40/hr Pay: $32.00 - $40.00/hr Overview: Join a leading aerospace electronics manufacturer as a Test Technician II. In this role, you’ll test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic components and assemblies while supporting production and quality standards. Responsibilities: Perform functional testing on electronic components and assemblies Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems using test equipment Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents Conduct advanced soldering on small components Support complex testing activities and mentor junior technicians Document results and communicate with engineering and production teams Follow safety, quality, and production standards Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, or assembly Experience with complex electronic test equipment Strong soldering skills (small components) Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Aerospace experience preferred Associate's degree or electronics training (military/trade school) preferred Why Apply: Work with advanced aerospace electronics Hands-on technical environment Strong team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement Opportunities for growth and skill development We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
