Commercial Fleet Manager

Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Fleet Manager to grow our commercial and fleet business.

If you have a strong automotive sales background experience working with commercial customers and a proven ability to develop new business and build long term customer relationships we want to talk with you.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a growing fleet operation and build relationships with local businesses contractors municipalities and large commercial accounts.

The right candidate should have the following:

At least five years of automotive dealership sales experience

Commercial or fleet sales experience preferred

Proven ability to prospect and develop new business

Strong relationship building and account management skills

Experience working with business owners commercial accounts municipalities and fleet customers

Knowledge of commercial trucks vans and fleet vehicle applications

Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicles and configurations

Strong understanding of pricing gross profit financing incentives and manufacturer fleet programs

Ability to manage the sales process from initial prospecting through delivery and ongoing account management

Strong communication organization and follow up skills

The Commercial Fleet Manager will be responsible for growing our fleet and commercial business by developing new accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting out into the market making calls visiting businesses networking and creating new opportunities. This is not a position for someone waiting for customers to walk through the door.

Additional Qualifications:

Automotive dealership experience is required

Commercial or fleet experience is strongly preferred

Proven history of developing new customers and maintaining long term business relationships

Strong understanding of dealership profitability and gross management

Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of commercial prospects

Professional communication skills when working with customers employees vendors and manufacturer representatives

Highly motivated competitive and results driven
