Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager Telecom Data Engineering to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of advanced telecom data solutions supporting RAN KPIs, fault monitoring, network alerts, performance analytics, and operational insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in telecom network domains, including RAN, OSS, fault management, performance management, and service assurance, combined with expertise in data platforms and analytics solutions. This role requires close collaboration with telecom subject matter experts, data engineering teams, product stakeholders, and business teams to build scalable, cloud-based data products.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for telecom data engineering platforms and analytics solutions.

Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements related to RAN KPIs, network alarms, fault monitoring, service assurance, and network performance analytics.

Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and deliver scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud data technologies.

Partner with engineering teams working on Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) solutions.

Define data models, reporting requirements, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and alerting capabilities for network operations.

Manage product backlog, create user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize features, and support sprint planning and execution.

Drive Agile/Scrum delivery processes including backlog grooming, sprint reviews, release planning, and stakeholder communication.

Work closely with Network Operations, Engineering, Business, and Data teams to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.

Support development of real-time monitoring, network observability, and analytics solutions for telecom environments.

Translate complex telecom and business requirements into actionable product features and data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Product Management roles.

Strong telecom domain expertise with experience in:

• Radio Access Network (RAN)
• OSS/BSS systems
• Fault Management
• Performance Management
• Network KPIs
• Service Assurance
• Network Operations

Strong understanding of telecom data engineering concepts including:

• Data Lakes
• Data Warehousing
• ETL/ELT pipelines
• Data Modeling
• Analytics Platforms

Experience working with cloud data platforms including:

• Microsoft Azure Data Platform
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Databricks
• Snowflake
• SQL

Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and product delivery lifecycle.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirement-gathering skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with real-time telecom alerting and network monitoring platforms.

Knowledge of 4G/5G network technologies and telecom network architecture.

Experience with network observability platforms and AI/ML-driven network operations.

Understanding of automation use cases for telecom operations and service assurance.
