Role Summary: Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser-Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure were operating the best we can./ph3Job Responsibilities:/h3ulliMaintain plant safety standards- safety is our top priority/liliPerforming process quality control checks/liliUse of Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes/liliLoading supplies into machinery/liliRecording process data, were a data and information driven company/liliPerforming minor maintenance/liliIndustrial cleaning and sanitation/liliAdhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/li/ulh3Job Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliAbility to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending/liliMust be able to lift items up to 50lbs/liliMust be able to work in varying temperatures and climates/liliMust be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)/liliProficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)/liliPrior production, warehousing, or related experience (preferred)/liliMechanical aptitude (preferred)/liliContinuous improvement experience (preferred)/liliBeer/alcohol industry knowledge (preferred)/li/ulpWhy Anheuser-Busch: At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
