Overview Join our dynamic team as a Copy Editor III and play a vital role in shaping compelling, accurate, and polished communications for our Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising (REMM) initiatives. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to work on both digital and print content that reaches our global audience, ensuring every message aligns with our brand’s excellence and integrity. As a key contributor, you will bring your meticulous eye for detail and passion for exceptional writing to help us deliver world‑class content that informs, engages, and inspires. Required Skills 5+ years of editing experience, preferably within creative teams or marketing organizations Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail Deep understanding of U.S.-style English, grammar, punctuation, and style guides, including The Chicago Manual of Style Extensive proofreading and fact-checking expertise Experience with artificial intelligence tools in content development Proficiency in Pages, Numbers, and Keynote Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills Experience working with marketing or social media content Knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing tools Creative problem‑solving skills with a proactive attitude Preferred Education and Experience BA/BS degree or equivalent education and work experience Prior experience in high‑profile, global brands or in retail communications Other Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Willingness to complete a copyediting test as part of the application process A results‑driven mindset and comfort working in a high‑change environment Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay rate range for this position is $42.00 to $50.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
