Customer Service Representative
McWilliams — Lufkin, TX
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour, with additional consideration based on experience 

Overview

McWilliams is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first voice our customers hear. You'll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and keep our field teams running smoothly and efficiently. This is an in-office role with a set weekday schedule — no nights, no weekends, no on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm service appointments, coordinating with dispatch and field technicians
• Enter and maintain accurate customer records, service history, and job notes in the company system
• Follow up with customers on completed work, pending estimates, and membership renewals
• Respond to customer questions about services, scheduling, and billing
• Communicate schedule changes and delays to customers and technicians in real time
• Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service, call center, dispatch, or front-office experience preferred
• Strong phone presence with clear, professional verbal and written communication
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and data entry
• Able to stay organized and accurate while managing a high call volume
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
