The Medical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the assigned practice and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Job Description:
Compensation : $200000 - $225000 Job ID : 36416

Job Function:

• Lead and supervise all medical providers at your assigned site.

• Conduct bi-annual and annual performance evaluations of medical providers.

• Monitor provider productivity, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.

• Hold monthly provider meetings and participate in leadership meetings.

• Oversee training programs, student rotations, and research initiatives as needed.

• Collaborate with nursing, social work, and administrative staff on hiring, evaluations, and quality reviews.

• Maintain open communication with regional leadership and attend medical leadership and meetings.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience practicing Primary Care in a leadership capacity.

• Valid NY State Medical License.

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.

• Current BCLS certification.

• Current DEA Certificate.
