We value hard work, collaboration, mentorship, and creating opportunities for our people to grow.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Marketing Coordinator, you'll collaborate with our Marketing, Business Development, and Estimating teams to support proposals, business development efforts, company communications, and the Pavilion brand.WHAT YOU'LL DOCoordinate RFPs and proposals, including research, writing, editing, design, and productionTrack business development opportunities and maintain CRM dataCreate marketing materials that showcase Pavilion's projects, people, and capabilitiesDevelop content for social media, email campaigns, press releases, and the company websiteCoordinate project and employee photographySupport trade shows, conferences, networking opportunities, and company eventsManage branded materials and marketing collateralProvide marketing and business development support across PavilionWHAT YOU'LL BRINGProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorStrong Microsoft Office skills and experience working with CRM platformsFamiliarity with WordPressStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailA strong eye for design and presentationAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesA collaborative, adaptable, and positive approachReady to build your vision?
