• Monday - Friday schedule with 7:30 am - 5 pm hours
• Associate Center Clinical Director role with leadership responsibilities
• Phone call shared among group - no on-site call required
• Comprehensive on-site services including digital X-ray and ultrasound
• Lead care team including medical assistant and care coordinator
• Focus on acute and chronic illnesses in older adult patients
• Board-certified Internal Medicine with Geriatrics required
