Night AuditorJoin the DoubleTree by Hilton South Bend as a Night Auditor, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position offers a unique blend of customer service and financial auditing responsibilities, providing a supportive environment for both guests and staff while maintaining accurate records and transactions.ResponsibilitiesPerform nightly audits of all hotel accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.Reconcile daily financial reports and prepare related documentation for management review.Assist with guest check-in and check-out during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service.Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.Monitor the property for safety and security concerns throughout the night.Coordinate with other departments to maintain effective communication and operations.Prepare and submit reports related to occupancy, revenue, and discrepancies as required.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with basic computer applications and hotel management software is a plus.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage of $15.00, paid bi-weekly.Opportunity to work in a welcoming and supportive hotel environment.Employee discounts and Hilton Honors program benefits.Potential for career growth within the Hilton hotel family.About the CompanyDoubleTree by Hilton South Bend is dedicated to providing guests with exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences.
