Physical Therapist - On-Site | Forked River, NJWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality rehabilitation care. This on-site role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve mobility and support recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on their needs.Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments to aid recovery and improve mobility.Educate patients on home exercises and self-care techniques to enhance outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress throughout therapy.QualificationsValid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices.Familiarity with home care or outpatient settings preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and care teams.CPR certification required; experience in chiropractic or wellness settings is a plus.Position HighlightsPart-time role: 16 hours per week, generating approximately 18 patient visits weekly.Competitive hourly rate with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery.Work in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality care.
