Hunter Sales/Business Development Representative Founding Growth Team $60,000 base + uncapped commission Kinetic AI is hiring 4 Hunter Sales roles to help build our founding growth engine. We are looking for competitive, coachable hunters who know how to open doors, build relationships, create momentum, and push real opportunities forward. This is not a passive account management role. This is a hunting role. You will work directly with founders who have built companies, had multiple exits, and spent more than 15 years building AI solutions and business systems. You will learn fast, get real reps, and help scale a business at the exact moment it is building a real growth engine.
