Construction Superintendent

Client is a top commercial construction general contractor in Statesboro with a mixed commercial construction portfolio.

Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure compliance with project plans.

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules.

Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.

Inspect work for quality assurance and address any issues that arise.

Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs and progress reports.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges promptly to avoid project delays.

Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations.
