We are looking for an Endpoint Engineer to support and enable enterprise AI tools across Windows and macOS environments. This role focuses on deploying, managing, and optimizing AI-driven productivity tools for end users.

We are looking for an Endpoint Engineer to support and enable enterprise AI tools across Windows and macOS environments. This role focuses on deploying, managing, and optimizing AI-driven productivity tools for end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and support AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, and Claude
- Manage endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Jamf Pro
- Package and deploy applications across Windows and macOS
- Troubleshoot performance, access, and compatibility issues for AI tools
- Automate deployment and provisioning using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Monitor and optimize endpoint performance related to AI applications
- Work with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant rollouts
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools deployment and support
- Strong endpoint management experience (Intune, SCCM, or Jamf)
- Experience in application packaging and deployment
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Experience evaluating and onboarding new AI tools
- Understanding of AI security, compliance, and governance
- Relevant Microsoft or endpoint management certifications
