Lead Occupational Therapist - Program Launch! Pediatric Outpatient - Sensory Integration & Feeding Focus | Portage, MI
A growing pediatric practice is launching OT services in their new clinic in Portage, MI! Looking to be a leader, start a program, and set children up for success? Join existing ABA and speech therapy services by initiating OT services for sensory integration, emotional regulation, and sensory feeding therapy for existing clientele. Work directly with the Director of Occupational Therapy to ensure you are supported. No evenings or weekends!
What You'll Earn:
- $70,000 – $83,000+ DOE
- Monthly bonus opportunities

Your Schedule:
- Monday through Friday – no evenings or weekends!
- Potential for 4x10 or 5x8 schedules
What You'll Experience:
- Small caseloads (8-12 clients)
- All scheduling is handled for you!
- Dedicated administration time
- No evenings or weekends!
- 1:1 support from OTs in leadership
- Professional development support
- Hands-on training in sensory integration & feeding therapy
- A truly multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, ABA) and neurodiverse-affirming approach
What We're Looking For:
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited OT program
- 3+ years OT experience, pediatrics preferred
- Michigan OT license (or eligibility)
- NBCOT certification
- Passion for pediatrics, sensory-based practice, and neurodiverse-affirming, child-led therapy
