Maintenance Manager

Handyman Wanted for Award-Winning Restaurant Group K5 Hospitality, a premier restaurant group in Atlanta with three award-winning establishments, is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. This is a hands-on position requiring someone with a broad skill set and a proactive attitude to help maintain and enhance the functionality and appearance of our restaurants. Key Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment, fixtures, and facilities are in excellent working condition. Address urgent repair needs promptly. Coordinate with management to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks. Assist with special projects and renovations as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician. Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and best practices. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to work across all three restaurant locations and handle occasional after-hours emergencies.
