Travel will be required when needed.Minimum Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in higher education, social work, psychology, or related field2. Minimum of two years of appropriate and relevant professional experience working in a TRIO federal program or similar related program/project for disadvantaged and at-risk college students3. Experience coordinating and supervising project programming and field experiences4. Experience advising and assisting participants with the graduate school admissions and financial aid process5. Professional or personal experience in overcoming barriers similar to those confronting project participantsPreferred Qualifications1. Master’s degree in post-secondary education, counseling, educational psychology, or a related field2. Experience working with a diverse adult population in a higher educational setting3.
