Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active licensure or eligibility in California as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA
• Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred

• Familiarity with IEP development, progress reporting, and goal setting
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and work efficiently with a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students K-12 with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to enhance students' educational experience
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to progress monitoring, and document all therapy sessions per district guidelines
• Provide training, consultation, and support to school staff as needed
