Reset Solutions is a physician-supervised weight loss clinic. Our patients use GLP-1 medications with real coaching, body composition tracking, and metabolic testing. We are a small team, and our patients know us by name. That is the whole point.

We are hiring a Patient Coach and Care Coordinator. You will be the person our patients see, call, and trust. This is a relationship job first and an office job second.

What you will do

• Coach patients through their weight loss program. Celebrate wins, talk through rough weeks, and keep people moving toward their goals.
• Teach new patients how to give themselves their injection. Our physician will train you. No prior clinical experience required.
• Answer patient questions about the program. For medication questions, you will use our approved answer guide and pass anything outside it to our physician.
• Run our 3D body scanner and metabolic (RMR) testing. We will train you.
• Answer our phones. Help callers book, reschedule, take payment info, and handle refill requests.
• Make welcome calls and check-in calls to new patients, and free intro calls with people thinking about joining.
• Keep the office running: light housekeeping, supplies, and day-to-day coordination in our patient app (Healthie).

Schedule

• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am to 4pm, in our office
• One additional flexible day, in office or partly remote
• A small amount of after-hours patient chat coverage from your phone (paid)

You will sometimes be the only person in the office, so we need someone who is comfortable working independently.

Who we are looking for

• You genuinely like people and it shows on the phone and in person
• You are organized and you follow through without being reminded
• You are comfortable learning new software
• You respect clinical boundaries: you follow the protocol, and you ask the doctor when you are not sure
• A background in health coaching, fitness, medical assisting, nutrition, or patient-facing healthcare is a plus, but the right attitude beats the perfect resume
