Compensation

• We'll pay you an hourly wage of $16.00/hour.
• We are open from 5am - 10pm on the weekdays. Seeking Opening and Mid-day shifts, along with flexible Weekend.
• We are open from 7am - 8pm on the weekends.

About the Job

We need you to fill the role of Welcome Desk, Weekend Shifts. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. You'll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and administrative duties.
• Greet members and guests when they arrive and leave.
• Answer and manage the primary Shalom Austin telephone line.
• Register members and guests for programs.
• Assist members with policies and procedures.
• Manage member payment updates at check in and over the phone.
• Help set up tours.
• Help guests transition to new memberships.
• Stock, clean and straighten the welcome desk, living room, J Cafe and courtyard.
• Be informed about campus events and changes on campus.
• Help other member experience departments as needed.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma.
• Possess flexibility, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.
• Pass all required criminal history background checks (which may, depending on the position you are hired for, include an FBI fingerprint check).
• Adhere to our Mission, Core Values, and all HR policies and procedures.
