This exciting opportunity as a Creative Director focuses on leading the development and execution of impactful, compliant, and performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strategic and collaborative marketing leader who enjoys translating business objectives into compelling creative solutions while leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of creative initiatives that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
• Serve as the key strategic partner to commercial, product, and digital teams, translating business goals into creative direction and campaign strategies.
• Develop messaging frameworks, content strategies, and integrated campaigns across packaging, digital, print, social media, email, UX/UI, and ecommerce channels.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality, consumer-focused creative assets.
• Ensure all creative output is on-brand, differentiated, visually compelling, and aligned with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of B2B and B2C customer audiences to create impactful and compliant messaging.
• Lead campaign ideation and execution tailored to specific audiences, channels, and business objectives.
• Continuously optimize creative processes, brand standards, and governance across all touchpoints.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing creative teams while managing agency relationships and performance.
• Manage creative resources, timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure successful project execution.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze performance data, and optimize creative initiatives to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to foster innovation, efficiency, and a positive team environment.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand strategy, and integrated marketing.
• Experience within regulated or highly governed industries required.
• Proven success developing and executing integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing external agencies.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience connecting creative performance to business KPIs.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard creative tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience:

• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare, veterinary, retail, ecommerce, or consumer product organizations preferred.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments with legal and compliance considerations.
• Experience building scalable creative processes and governance frameworks.

Salary: $170K-$230K
