Oversee financial operations, implement internal controls, drive financial strategy, optimize processes, manage cash flow and reporting, and support audits and compliance. Safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budget performance reports, and operational insights to support business growth. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs. Prepare cash flow projections, analyze expenditures, and ensure financial stability. Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and financial statement preparation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). Prior managerial experience leading a diverse finance team. Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and ERP systems. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Nice to Haves CPA designation – A plus, but not required. Experience in gaming and/or food & beverage accounting.
