ROOFING SITE SUPERVISORIf you enjoy working outside, solving problems on the fly, and want to make property owners smile after a remodel, then apply to be Kingdom's next Roofing Site Supervisor.  Position Title:Roofing Site SupervisorAs a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the roofing installation process for Kingdom Roofing. You will work closely with our installation partners, the customer, and our Production support team to ensure a quality remodel. Candidates with excellent communication, documentation skills, and prior hands-on experience will be successful in this vital role. Position Type:Full-Time, Work is in-person Description of Duties:Proper delivery of projects - overseeing and documenting each remodel through software, ensuring quality standards while meeting manufacturer guidelinesCustomer service and relationship building - during an installation, you are greeting the property owner, keeping them updated on the progress, and sharing any issues that may be discovered during a remodelQuality control and safety - ensure all projects are being performed safely to OSHA standards and actively inspect work as it progresses through the day to limit call-back work as much as possibleQualifications:Minimum of 12-18 months of hands-on experience in residential roofing Knowledge of various roof systems, materials, and construction processesValid driver's license and smartphone requiredAble to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standardsBuild and develop productive working relationships with colleaguesOrganization and attention to detail on paperworkProficient with technology and able to learn new softwareHonesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environmentCompensation & Benefits:Total Comp - $59,000-$74,000Bonus Opportunity - $4,000Base Pay - $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and proven track record, with benefits including:401(k) matchDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as needed About the Company:Locally operated, Kingdom Roofing Systems was established in 2011 and since then has established a solid presence in the Central Indiana region as a leader in the roofing industry.
