Director of Media Relations

Leading the global media and social engagement strategy, the remote Director of Media Relations will manage external communications, strengthen market visibility, and build relationships with key industry analysts and media outlets. Key responsibilities Develop and execute an integrated media and social engagement strategy across the Americas Oversee the industry analyst relations program, including briefings and ongoing relationship management Generate proactive media strategies to secure high-quality coverage in relevant publications Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or public relations, preferably in enterprise software or IT Established relationships with leading research firms such as Gartner and Forrester Proven success in leading analyst evaluations like Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave Strong understanding of enterprise IT markets, including AIOps and Digital Employee Experience Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
