Description Royal Oaks in Duarte, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2024 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Full Time Dining Room Supervisor. The primary role of the Dining Room Supervisor is supervising dining room team members in setting up tables, serving food, cleaning and maintaining the dining room, and providing customer service. The supervisor ensures that food is handled in accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food serving practices. The position requires a professional appearance and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Job Details Full Time. Shift: 6:30 am‑2:00 pm / 11:30 am‑8:00 pm, days may vary depending on department needs. Compensation: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of professional managerial experience in a related field, or equivalent knowledge. Effective ability to make appropriate judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
