Duties
As a Customer Advocate you will:
- Conduct research and analysis of personnel and payroll issues.
- Prepare policy statements that require extensive interpretation.
- Manage customer relations for assigned program offices.
- Obtain information effectively and respond to inquiries and problems from a wide range of individuals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests with the program office.
