Customer Advocate

Duties

As a Customer Advocate you will:

  1. Conduct research and analysis of personnel and payroll issues.
  2. Prepare policy statements that require extensive interpretation.
  3. Manage customer relations for assigned program offices.
  4. Obtain information effectively and respond to inquiries and problems from a wide range of individuals.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests with the program office.
