Vice President, Portfolio Events - Transitions Manager

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of portfolio events Define and implement transition approaches based on portfolio characteristics Conduct pre-transition analysis Ensure transitions are structured and executed to optimize cost, risk, and market impact Act as the central point of coordination across key stakeholders Identify and manage key risks Monitor and manage transition costs Strengthen transition workflows and operating standards Requirements Minimum of bachelor’s degree required 5-15 years of experience in transition management, trading, portfolio management, or investment operations Demonstrated experience leading or supporting portfolio transitions Strong understanding of multi-asset portfolios Working knowledge of economics, fixed income fundamentals, or portfolio management Experience applying scenario-based decision making Strong judgment and decision‑making skills Solid understanding of investment compliance frameworks Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in transition management and portfolio execution, with a strong focus on optimizing costs, risks, and market impacts.
