Staff AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of end-to-end agentic AI software solutions.
• Use LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, context engineering, and evaluation to build AI applications.
• Design and implement data orchestration and processing pipelines for continuous agent operations and performance improvement.
• Translate complex customer problems and business requirements into effective, deployable AI solutions.
• Drive technical alignment across teams through strong problem-solving and system design.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and deploying end-to-end agentic AI systems in production.
• In-depth knowledge of current agentic AI technologies and a strong software development background.
• Expertise building high-performance AI applications that integrate multiple data sources.
• Excellent problem-solving and system design skills, with the ability to drive technical alignment across teams.
• Preferred: MS or PhD in a science or engineering field.
• Preferred: Experience building and maintaining scalable big data applications in a cloud environment.
