ERP Federal Functional Accountant Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Senior Consultant

Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You’ll Do As a Project - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will be responsible for: Supporting strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives through research, analysis, and structured problem solvingDeveloping client-ready deliverables, including presentations, workplans, status updates, and analysis summariesCoordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation for workstreams and deliverablesGathering, organizing, and analyzing business, operational, and program data to support recommendations and decisionsCollaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support implementation activities and project objectives A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work product The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active Top Secret security clearance requiredMust be willing to work on site in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time4+ years of experience applying DoD accounting practices/policies and reporting expectations3+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and developing functional specifications3+ years of experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or end-user training3+ years of experience ERP functional issues and supporting end-users For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
