Cardiology Receptionist

Conviva is a subsidiary of Humana, looking for a dedicated, compassionate and cheerful Cardiology Receptionist who is interested in being part of a team that focuses on excellent service to others.

Job Functions

• Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs
• Maintains the reception area
• Appointment scheduling
• Verification of insurances

You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at: 1567 Goliad Rd, San Antonio, TX 78223

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service setting; managing multiple phone lines
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish, able to read, write, and speak in English/Spanish
• Two years related experience

This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Please be aware that applicants may be asked to provide their Social Security Number, if it is not already on file.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
