Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and transaction review.
\n
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
\n
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
\n
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for management review.
\n
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
\n
• Partner with operational and administrative teams to research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
\n
• Support internal and external audit requests and provide required documentation.
\n
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
\n
• Assist with special projects and other accounting-related responsibilities as needed.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
\n
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance; internship experience is acceptable.
\n
• Basic understanding of financial accounting concepts and reporting practices.
\n
• Experience with inventory accounting and work-in-progress (WIP) accounting.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or enterprise business systems is preferred.
\n
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
