Job Overview A law firm seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its practice in Austin, TX. The role involves working within a dynamic team on national and international insurance coverage matters. Duties Analyze and draft coverage opinions and pleadings. Conduct discovery in insurance coverage litigation. Draft dispositive motions and attend court conferences. Engage in business development and client relationship management. Requirements Minimum of three years of diverse coverage experience. Strong litigation background. Admitted and in good standing in Texas; additional state admissions are a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Excellent analytical and drafting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits Competitive salary and discretionary bonus. Annual performance-based raises.
