A law firm seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its practice in Austin, TX. The role involves working within a dynamic team on national and international insurance coverage matters.
Duties
- Analyze and draft coverage opinions and pleadings.
- Conduct discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
- Draft dispositive motions and attend court conferences.
- Engage in business development and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of diverse coverage experience.
- Strong litigation background.
- Admitted and in good standing in Texas; additional state admissions are a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Skills
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
