About the Role:

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. You will engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. This role demands physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions, as well as the ability to lift and carry heavy items safely. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining establishments.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and stand for long periods without compromising service quality.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items safely as part of daily duties.
• Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent service coverage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service or mixology.
• Experience working in upscale or fine dining settings.
• Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume service periods.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Handle cash and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods effectively and support overall restaurant operations.
