As a Manufacturing Assembler in our modern Hugo facility, you'll work in a dynamic production environment building walls, floors, trusses, and stairs using a variety of tools and equipment. You'll collaborate closely with a skilled team of 34 members to meet daily production goals while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Accurately read and interpret tape measures down to 1/8 inch
• Work confidently with hand and power tools such as nail guns and table saws
• Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Occasionally lift materials up to 75 lbs
• Commit to 50-hour workweeks with consistent overtime
• Bring basic hand tools on day one (or obtain them through our company-supported program)

What You Bring

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8 inch
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Comfort working in a high-production environment
• Capacity to lift 75 lbs as needed
• Willingness to work 50 hours per week

Work Environment

Enjoy working in a clean, spacious, well-lit, temperature-controlled facility equipped with structured safety programs and clear operating standards. You'll collaborate within small teams, moving between different production buildings depending on the product being assembled. Required tools include a tape measure, tool belt, utility knife, and other basic equipment. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome, and language accommodations are available.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
