The Flatbed Tow Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting vehicles using a flatbed tow truck. This role requires careful vehicle loading, securing cargo, and navigating routes efficiently while adhering to safety standards and providing excellent customer service while meeting ETA's.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle loading and unloading onto the flatbed
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
• Plan and navigate through efficient routes
• Comply with all safety regulations and protocols
• Interact professionally with customers during assistance calls
• Secure vehicles properly to prevent movement during transport
• Operate flatbed tow truck and associated equipment effectively
• Provide accident assistance as needed
• Maintain equipment and perform routine checks
• Keep accurate records of services and vehicle transports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial driving

Preferred Qualifications

MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

• Experience in commercial driving
• Proficiency in vehicle loading and securing
• Strong route navigation skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Skilled in operating towing equipment
• Familiarity with safety protocols
• Effective time management
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
