Ideal for candidates with experience in home organization, in-home sales, interior design, home improvement, or luxury retail.

Position summary: Our Design Consultants work directly with clients in their homes or in showrooms through pre-scheduled appointments. This is a consultative sales + interior design role where you will create custom storage solutions and deliver a premium customer experience from concept to installation.

Key responsibilities include offering a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service, providing in-home design consultations and space planning, designing custom solutions using proprietary CAD software, working with interior designers, decorators, and builders, managing multiple client projects with strong attention to detail, and traveling daily to appointments in Washtenaw, Livingston, Oakland, and Wayne Counties.

Preferred skills include experience in sales, interior design, home improvement, home organization professional, or related field; strong consultative sales and closing skills; ability to build rapport and develop relationships quickly; highly organized with excellent time management; and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements include strong communication and presentation skills, tech savvy ability to learn proprietary CAD design software, laptop required, must be able to travel frequently to Washtenaw, Livingston, Oakland, and Wayne Counties, valid driver's license, and full-time availability, includes some evenings and weekends.

Compensation includes paid training, uncapped commission structure, on-target earnings: $85,000$120,000+, pre-set, qualified appointments provided.

Work environment: Field-based, in-home sales role, combination of client visits, remote design work, and showroom collaboration.
