HVAC Controls Salesperson$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experienceDallas-Fort Worth Metro Area | Full-TimeQBS Controls is seeking a driven HVAC Controls Salesperson to grow our building automation business in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You'll develop relationships with mechanical contractors, general contractors, and building owners, and turn opportunities into won projects.What You'll DoIdentify and develop new business opportunities for controls installation, retrofit, and service workBuild and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, GCs, engineers, and building ownersReview plans and specifications, estimate projects, and prepare proposalsPresent solutions and close controls projects and service agreementsMaintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecastingWork with operations to ensure smooth handoff of sold projectsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of sales experience in HVAC controls, building automation, or commercial HVAC preferredTechnical understanding of DDC / BAS systems and HVAC equipmentAbility to read mechanical plans and specifications and develop estimatesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsValid driver's licensePay & Benefits$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience100% company-paid health insurance premiums - for you AND your family401(k) retirement plan with 4% company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysCandidates will be required to pass a drug screening & background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
