• Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and meet store goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and task prioritization.
• Assist with scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate coverage during business hours.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and store presentation to maintain operational standards.
• Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Train new and existing team members on store processes, product knowledge, and service expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and cash-handling procedures.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support promotions, seasonal initiatives, and business objectives.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a leadership support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing needs.
• Basic understanding of sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Experience in a supervisory, key holder, or team lead role.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail operations tools.
• Experience coaching team members or supporting performance development.
