The Restaurant General Manager will lead daily operations for a single-location restaurant, overseeing front- and back-of-house teams, assistant managers, department leads, and a small cross-trained team. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, maintaining food safety and operational standards, managing costs, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across front- and back-of-house functions.
• Supervise assistant managers, department leads, and a small cross-trained team.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality guest service.
• Manage labor scheduling and team performance.
• Control inventory and manage operating costs.
• Maintain food safety standards and procedures.
• Drive sales growth through effective operational and service practices.
• Manage vendor relations and support reliable supply operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management with current GM experience.
