We foster a high-performance, collaborative culture where winning as a team, entrepreneurial thinking, and customer success are at the center of everything we do.What You'll Bring to the Team10-15 years of successful enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on hunting and new logo acquisition.Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and quota targets.Deep domain expertise in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Freight across Road, Rail, Aviation, and Maritime sectors.Experience selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, ERP, Engineering Services, or Managed Services solutions.Strong relationships with executive stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Chief Supply Chain Officers, and Operations Leaders.Experience navigating and selling into Fortune 1000/Fortune 2000 organizations and complex buying environments.Strong network across transportation carriers, logistics providers, 3PLs, freight operators, and supply chain organizations.Experience working with strategic technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently while thriving in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.What You'll Be DoingDrive net-new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within the Transportation & Logistics market.Build and execute strategic account and territory plans focused on acquiring new logos and expanding market presence.Develop executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across target accounts.Lead the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.Partner closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, alliance teams, and executive leadership to create winning client solutions.Identify opportunities for digital transformation initiatives involving Cloud Modernization, Supply Chain Digitization, Data & AI, Intelligent Operations, and Enterprise Platforms.Leverage strategic partnerships and channel ecosystems to generate pipeline and accelerate deal closures.Stay informed on emerging Transportation and Logistics industry trends, customer priorities, and competitive market dynamics.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, conferences, and partner engagements.Drive long-term customer success by building trusted advisor relationships and identifying opportunities for continued growth and expansion. #LI-RS2About usWe’re a global, team of innovators.
