Dental Assistant Instructor - Everett, WA

Part‑Time Dental Assistant Instructor (Saturdays) Everett Dental Assistant School, part of Zollege Healthcare Career School, is hiring a part‑time instructor for a 12‑week hands‑on clinical training program. The position takes place on Saturdays in Everett, WA. Schedule Saturday, 7:00 am – 6:30 pm (breaks included). Class schedule may vary based on the availability of morning and/or afternoon classes. Compensation $28–$34 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols Coach students during hands‑on lab practice Provide performance feedback and skills assessments Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards Foster a supportive, structured learning environment Qualifications 5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience Active Radiology Certification CPR/BLS Certification Strong communication skills; able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience Ability to commute to the Everett location Prior teaching or mentoring experience (nice to have) Familiarity with Dentrix software (nice to have) Leadership background (nice to have) Benefits Structured curriculum with support for instructors Consistent Saturday schedule Leadership role without leaving clinical practice Mission‑driven organization focused on accessible healthcare education #J-18808-Ljbffr Zollege
