Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery. In this hospital-based position, you will deliver exceptional, patient-focused care to both mothers and their newborns. Your role will involve assessing, monitoring, and guiding patients throughout the labor process, delivery, and the initial postpartum recovery phase, while working closely with obstetric providers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fetal monitoring to ensure the well-being of the baby.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families about the labor and delivery process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Respond swiftly to any emergencies that may arise.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
