Responsibilities Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands‑on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six‑month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more Qualifications Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency is a bonus Highly motivated and goal‑oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation Experience working in sales is required Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field Compensation $150,000 - $180,000 yearly About New York Life - Austin, TX Build a career where your ambition, impact, and income can grow together.
