What You'll Do

As the Sales Manager, you will lead all aspects of the sales process while developing strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to increase community occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents and families through phone, email, and online channels
• Conduct engaging community tours and presentations
• Guide prospects through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to move-in
• Build trust with residents, families, and referral sources through exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up activities within the CRM system
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals
• Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
• Coordinate community events, networking opportunities, and outreach programs
• Collaborate with community leadership and regional sales teams to implement effective marketing strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship-based marketing
• Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with seniors, families, and professional referral partners
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture
