Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Saco, ME | $50–$60/hr | Part-Time 3 Days/WeekPart-Time School-Based Opportunity | Eligible for Sign-On Bonus

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a  Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Saco, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) covering districtwide evaluations.

Compensation & Incentives$50–$60 Per HourGuaranteed Pay

At Boothby, you're paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled.

Your compensation shouldn't depend on factors outside your control.

Sign-On Bonus Eligibility

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 , depending on assignment, location, and experience.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
