The Role: Personal Care & Companionship We are looking for compassionate individuals ready to make a real difference. This is a hands-on position. 

• Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care (peri-care).

• Daily Living: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.

• Mobility: Assisting with transfers and "range of motion" exercises.

• Transportation: Running errands or driving clients to appointments using your own vehicle.

Requirements (Non-Negotiables):

• Reliable Transportation: You must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance. Reliability is key—having a "Plan B" for car trouble is a huge plus.

• Experience: 2+ years of home care experience is preferred, but we will train the right heart.

• Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check.

• Tech Efficient: Must be comfortable using a smartphone for GPS clock-ins (EVV compliance).
