The Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines. Our ideal candidate is self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. This is an opportunity for a long‑term position and to join a growing company. Responsibilities: Read and understand blueprints and sketches and build to specification instructions with precision and quality Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety Coordinate with subcontractors and keep them on task Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work Safely operate and maneuver equipment and job site trailers Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed Perform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw) Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Coordinate with local inspectors and Utility companies to execute the full scope of work Requirements and Skills: Must be willing to travel across the US up to 85% of the time (generally travel for 3–4 weeks and then a paid week at home). Company pays per-diem, lodging and travel. 3 years’ experience as a construction foreman Experience with electrical or civil construction is preferred Able read/understand blueprints Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record Possess basic computer skills including Word & email Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional critical thinking skills Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid and rainy during all seasons throughout the year May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on‑site Compensation and Benefits: 10 Paid Holidays Flexible Time Off 401(k) Company Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA and FSA Disability & Occupational Accident Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Policy Employee Assistance Program (EAP) World‑class paid training program for you to learn the skills for long term career success. #J-18808-Ljbffr OWL Services
